Outdoor Practice Schedule
May – August:
We will be at Northwestern HS located at 2200 W. Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202 and Martin Road Park located at 1615 E. Lewiston Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220 ( Saturdays at 9 am)
Training will be held 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Northwestern
This schedule is subject to change.
Conditioning- All athletes will undergo a rigorous conditioning schedule.
Focus – Athletes will be required to keep a journal training log.
Emphasis – Block work will be a focus daily!
